The Indonesia HR Summit (IHRS) is the most prestigious and a "must-attend" annual conference on human resources for top executives and HR professionals in Indonesia and ASEAN. It is a professional event for HR professionals to keep abreast of the latest trends, best practices and to strengthen their network.

This year, the 13th Indonesia HR Summit – Conference & Exhibition will be held at Bali Nusa Dua Convention Center – Indonesia on 19 - 20 June 2023 and will be attended by more than 1000 participants. Hosts of this event are the Special Task Force for Upstream Oil and Gas Activities of the Republic of Indonesia (SKK Migas), PT Pertamina Eksplorasi Produksi (Pertamina EP), Saka Indonesia Pangkah Limited, and ENI Muara Bakau B.V.

Taking the theme "REDEFINING HUMAN CAPITAL - Inspiring People to Take Action", the event is designed to provide insight to inspire people to Take Action with B.I.G, Develop Resilient Talent, Technology Savvy and Positive Work Ethics.
